I'm Manith

I'm a software engineer and data analyst who enjoys building systems that are reliable, meaningful, and grounded in real-world impact. Across finance, analytics, and backend engineering, I've consistently focused on solving complex problems with clean design, thoughtful architecture, and measurable results.
At Santander US, I work with multi-asset capital-markets data, consolidating and modeling financial datasets to produce accurate portfolio forecasts and exposure trends. I built automated reporting and dashboards that improved decision-making speed for trading and risk teams and significantly reduced manual reconciliation across workflows.
I worked as a Software Engineer Intern at the University of Delaware, where I designed and deployed a full-stack scheduling platform. I developed a constraint-aware scheduling engine, optimized databases and APIs, and built a responsive interface that helped administrators resolve conflicts and plan courses far more efficiently. I also served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Delaware, helping over a hundred graduate peers understand data modeling, automation, and analytics.
Earlier in my career, I spent almost two years at Fidelity Information Services (FIS), where I developed critical enhancements to their financial product. My work supported commercial lending workflows, improved calculation engines, and strengthened system reliability while refining data integrations and supporting seamless transitions between legacy and modern platforms.
I began my journey at Cognizant, building RESTful microservices and collaborating across teams to deliver clean technical designs and frontend integrations. I've also explored machine learning in earlier projects, developing classification models and visual analytics pipelines during my time at Exposys Data Labs.
Beyond work experience, I enjoy building systems that bring together backend engineering, database design, distributed orchestration concepts, and practical analytics, projects that push me to think deeply about performance, reliability, and real-world applicability. I hold a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Information Management from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
